Niall Stokes - Into the Heart: The Stories Behind Every U2 Song (♬)

My Aunt Clara lived in Ireland for many years and she would sometimes send me articles from Irish newspapers about U2. She also sent me a copy of this book in 1998. It is a fascinating and easy read because it literally does have a story for each U2 song. Niall Stokes - I think he may have been a writer for Hot Press - knew the band early on, so he obviously had up-close access to get the real stories.

My copy only goes through Zooropa, but I see where a revised version was released in 2001 than includes everything up to All That You Can't Leave Behind. I guess I'll have to get the updated version at some point.
