Whew! Just when I worried Bowie was heading towards disco with "Young Americans," here he delivers another ground-breaking LP.

Some of guitarist Carlos Alomar's best work (IMHO) is on this LP. When I get a chance I'll post my Carlos Alomar story. He was very cool. If I don't post it soon, bug me about it.

It seems I recall the cover shot (there are several versions) is the inside of a spaceship from his movie "The Man Who Fell to Earth." I still have a copy of the cassette version I bought for my car when Station to Station came out. It's a big beat up, but what do you expect after almost 30 years?

I don't know why the album version of the title track is not available on iTunes. The rest of the songs are.
