Somewhere along the way this record went from just being called Was (Not Was) to Out Come the Freaks (a song on the album). It features Don and Davis Was, who I think are from Detroit. This record is more funky than punky, even though I see in the credits where rocker Wayne Kramer of the MC5 makes an appearance. Was (Not Was)- Out Come the Freaks
